A. No finding of guilt may be made except upon the concurrence of at least four (4) members of the Committee.
B. If the Committee’s decision is adverse to the student, the decision shall be supported by a written opinion, which includes a summary of the evidence presented at the hearing, the Committee’s findings of fact on any disputed issues, the bases for the Committee’s determination that the student has engaged in prohibited conduct, and the bases for the particular punishment imposed by the Committee.
C. The Committee’s judgment and opinion shall be served in person or by registered mail upon the accused student.
