    The COVID-19 virus has created enormous economic uncertainty about retirement, but Penn’s retirement savings plan partners are here to help faculty and staff address concerns about their plans and offer advice on what you can do to preserve your nest egg.

    To assist these families, the University of Pennsylvania amended the Adoption Assistance Plan. Effective March 2, 2020, the revised plan extends benefits to eligible faculty and staff for the adoption of their spouses’ children.

With the new Workday@Penn portal, the benefits enrollment process has been simplified. Enrollment activities, like updating your insurance beneficiary, are easy and it only takes a few minutes.

    Penn’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides eligible faculty and staff and their families access to free, confidential, 24/7 counseling and referral services for personal and professional life issues from any location. EAP services are available by phone, email, webchat, video, and through face-to-face sessions.

    Representatives from Penn’s healthcare providers and wellness partners will share medical plans and the Penn Benefits Center
