We encourage you to post information about available positions to our Symplicity database, which is password-protected for Penn Carey Law student and alumni use only. With over 5,000 registered employers and new job postings added daily, Symplicity is often the first stop for Penn Carey Law students and graduates seeking employment.
To post a position to Symplicity, please follow the steps below:
- Visit https://law-upenn-csm.symplicity.com/employers
- Enter your user name and password to log in (please note that if you have not previously registered for an account, you will need to do so by clicking on Register and providing the requested information)
- Click on the Jobs tab
- Click Add New and enter the required job specifications
- Click Submit
Job postings should include a brief description of the role, required application materials, and preferred method of application receipt. Once your job posting has been approved by our office, it will be made available to our community of over 4,000 current students and alumni. You will be able to make adjustments to the posting as necessary and can even receive and monitor applications through the system. Please note that there is never a fee associated with posting a job to our database. Employers are advised that by posting an employment opportunity, they are affirming that their employment practices are in compliance with our non-discrimination policy. The Office of Career Planning & Professionalism reserves the right to refuse to post a job listing or to remove a job listing without notice.
We strive to make your connection with Penn Carey Law students as convenient as possible. To that end, we are pleased to offer resume collection services, through which you can receive one packet containing all Penn Carey Law student applications for an available position on a specified date.
To create a resume collection navigate to the “Jobs” and then “Job Postings” tab, filling out the required fields as you normally would. In addition please select the following fields to designate your posting as a resume collection:
- Under Automatic Application Packet Generation select “Yes”
- Under Resume Receipt selected “Accumulate Online”
