Penn Carey Law International Arbitration Association Annual Conference 2024

The Penn Carey Law International Arbitration Association is thrilled to announce that we will be hosting our 6th annual conference on March 29, 2024, at the Penn Carey Law campus. This year’s conference is themed “The Future of International Arbitration” and will feature a keynote speech by Gary Born, Chair of the International Arbitration Practice at WilmerHale, on site. This year, we welcome speakers from firms including White & Case, Latham & Watkins, Cleary Gottlieb, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Panels will explore the latest global trends in arbitration, including ESG and Technology Disputes. This program has been approved for a total of 4.5 (3.5 Substantive and 1.0 Ethics) CLE credits for Pennsylvania lawyers. CLE credit may be available in other jurisdictions as well.
