The Observer role in Canvas can be used for auditors and guests who would like to view a Canvas course without receiving credit. During the Add/Drop period, students will be added to courses as an Observer for 24 hours. Here are some guidelines on what Observers can and cannot do in Canvas.
You can access your courses through the Canvas app on both iOS and Android. This will allow you to access modules, download files, view announcements, and more.
