Veterans Law Project (VLP)

The Veterans Law Project (VLP) provides quality pro bono legal assistance to American military veterans and their families in the Philadelphia area and beyond. Volunteers provide critical support to the Military Assistance Project, a non-profit organization led by civilian attorneys dedicated to serving those who have sacrificed so much for our country. Every case that our volunteers take on is different in terms of the breadth of assistance and direct client interaction that each requires, which exposes our volunteers to a wide array of legal work. Students gain extensive hands-on experience – they oversee cases from start to finish while making a positive impact on the lives of veterans in the process. If you want to make a real, tangible, visible impact on the lives of veterans, Veterans Law Project is the group for you.
