Danielle received her J.D. from Penn Law in 1999, and her B.A., with Honors, from Rutgers University in 1996. After graduation from Penn, she clerked as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and then became a partner in the Litigation Department of McDermott Will & Emery LLP in New York, where she was active on the Recruiting and Pro Bono Committees. She then served as an Associate Director in the Career Planning Center at Fordham University School of Law. Prior to returning to the Law School, she clerked for the Honorable Saliann Scarpulla, Supreme Court of New York.
