Ruoyand Xu LLM

Ruoyang Xu obtained his Bachelor of Law degree in China in 2019. After graduation, he returned to his hometown and worked in a local law firm as a paralegal. At that time, he also provided legal aid as a lawyer and mediator in local public proceedings. Within two years, he had a better understanding of how lawsuits and judicial settings progress. This is the last semester of his LLM program, he wants to devote himself to public services and do something for Penn Carey Law, the warm community.
