Phillip Moore L’23
Phillip Moore is from St. Louis, MO. After studying political science and philosophy at the University of Chicago, he briefly worked in public finance and affordable housing before spending three years as a performance analyst with the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General. While there he reviewed, critiqued, and wrote reports about police programs and police accountability efforts.
During his 1L summer, Phillip interned with the MacArthur Justice Center, assisting in prison litigation efforts. He is currently an associate editor with the Law Review and a member of the Student Public Interest Network. After graduation, he hopes to engage in civil rights impact litigation.
