Molly Kenney

Molly Kenney is a Staff Attorney at the Health, Education and Legal assistance Project: A Medical-Legal Partnership (HELP: MLP), where she works with low-income pregnant people and young families served by the Philadelphia Nurse-Family Partnership and the Mabel Morris Family Home Visit Program to address their legal needs and support their health and well-being.

Previously, she practiced for several years as a public defender, first at The Bronx Defenders and later at the Defender Association of Philadelphia. She was also an associate at Hausfeld LLP, where she represented plaintiffs in complex class action litigation and maintained a robust pro bono practice focused on access to justice. In 2019, she was named a Lawyer on the Fast Track by The Legal Intelligencer.

She received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and her BA from American University. She is a Harry S. Truman Scholar.
