Timothy C. Von Dulm

Associate Director for Research & Scholarship

Tim is the Associate Director for Research & Scholarship at the Biddle Law Library where he is responsible for facilitating the research needs of the Penn Law community. Prior to coming to Penn Law and joining the Biddle staff in 2004, Tim worked in a variety of professional settings outside of law libraries including private practice, the federal judiciary and a state legislature. Tim received his A.B. from Occidental College and his J.D. and M.L.I.S. from the University of California at Los Angeles. Tim is also a member (inactive) of the State Bar of California.
