What I Did Before Law School:
I worked for more than 5 years as Group in-house counsel at Bank Audi sal – Audi Saradar Group. I handled the legal affairs of the bank itself as an entity and all major corporate transactions on Group level. I had key involvement in cross-border transactions covering MENA/Europe and honed my expertise in mergers and acquisitions, syndicated loans, project finance, investment and standard banking transactions.
Why I Chose Penn Law:
I chose Penn due to its international reputation in the corporate law field and LLM ranking. Moreover, I also chose penn since it offers the Wharton business law certificate.
My Best Academic Experience in the Summer Program:
It was my legal writing course. My professor (Ms. Friedman) was not only providing us with high level of education but she was also assisting us and advising on how to enjoy our experience in Philadelphia.
My Best Social or Cultural Experience in the Summer Program:
Definitely the barbecue diner where was I was able to meet my classmate for the first time in a chill out mood.
My Favorite Philadelphia Discovery:
The old city (and its historical monument), as well as the university campus (which is a great and beautiful monument with different architectural style i.e., historical and modern).
