Jennifer Feden

Jennifer Feden is a practicing attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP in Philadelphia. As an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Jennifer has significant experience assisting clients with all aspects of their transactional real estate needs, with a particular focus on both landlord- and tenant- side leasing work across the retail, office and industrial sectors. During her time at Ballard, she has represented businesses, real estate investors, developers, and lenders in all stages of complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial and multifamily properties. Jennifer also has experience representing clients with the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including large, high-profile mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council for Shopping Centers.

Jennifer received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and her M.P.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Fels Institute of Government. While in law school, Jennifer served as an editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change and as a Littleton Fellow. Prior to law school, she spent several years working as a Development Officer for the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, a nonprofit organization focused on First Amendment issues at our nation’s colleges and universities. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Syracuse University.
