Jacqueline Lesser
Jacqueline Lesser focuses her practice on trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, false advertising, trade dress, marketing, advertising and publicity, and e-commerce matters. She provides counsel on all aspects of U.S. and international trademark protection, from clearance, to procurement through enforcement of rights in federal court, and through the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Jacqueline works hand in hand with clients on business solutions affecting trademarks and copyrights. She has negotiated manufacturing and distribution agreements, trademark and copyright licenses, co-sponsorship, special events and promotional agreements, as well as supporting consulting and transactional services agreements.
Jacqueline has worked both in-house at a major corporation, and at two top U.S. and international law firms. She has taught trademark law, and has lectured on the subject to law enforcement, trade and professional organizations.
