Konstantinos Stylianou, SJD Candidate

Student Bio

Konstantinos received his SJD from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015.  He researched and wrote on the intersection of law and technology. He is currently a Fellow at the Center for Technology and Society at FGV Direito Rio, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He holds an LL.M. in Law, Science and Technology from Harvard Law School and a Master’s degree in European and International Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2011 Konstantinos was a Visiting Scholar at the Centre for Socio-legal Studies, University of Oxford. He has worked and/or interned at the Council of Europe (European Audiovisual Observatory), the Federal Communications Commission, the Berkman Center, the European Platform for Regulatory Authorities, and he has advised numerous internet startup companies. During 2007-2008 he was the Director for the International Focus Program at the European Law Students’ Association. His work and research have been supported among others by the Fulbright Foundation, the Onassis Foundation and the National Scholarship Foundation.
