Student Bio

Konstantinos earned in 2010 an LLM in Law, Science and Technology from Harvard Law School, where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar. He is also a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece, where he pursued his Master’s Degree in International and European Law and completed coursework on internet law and intellectual property. In 2011 Konstantinos was a Visiting Scholar at the Centre for Socio-legal Studies, University of Oxford. He has worked at the Council of Europe (European Audiovisual Observatory), and serves as legal counsel for YouthMedia, a nonprofit based in Berlin. At Penn his work focuses on innovation in mobile networks.
