Victoria Glock-Molloy L’20
Victoria Glock-Molloy is a joint-degree student, pursuing a J.D. and a MS.Ed in Education Policy. She grew up on the Jersey Shore and attended Georgetown University for college, where she majored in Government and minored in Performing Arts. After college, Victoria pursued an M.P.P. from Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy and later went on to work for D.C. Public Schools in special education compliance, school policy, and community engagement work before beginning law school. Victoria’s interests are in special education law and the policy practices that center and best serve all students.
At Penn Law, Victoria has served as an associate editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change and as the Pro-Bono/ Public Interest Chair of the Penn Law Women’s Association. Victoria also participated in the Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic and interned with The School District of Philadelphia, where she worked on topics related to special education legal compliance. While at Penn, Victoria has also worked as a research assistant for the Center on Standards, Alignment, Instruction, and Learning (C-SAIL) through Penn’s Graduate School of Education, assisting with qualitative analysis related to college- and career-readiness in public schools throughout the country. During her summers, Victoria worked for the Special Education practice in the Civil Legal Services Division of the D.C. Public Defender’s Office and for The Children’s Law Center in D.C.
During law school, Victoria has remained involved in theater, directing and collaborating on a production in the 2019 Capital Fringe Festival, working on two Penn Law Light Opera Company shows, performing in three Philly-based theater productions, and making guest contributions to a radio theater program that airs on Takoma Radio WOWD-LP 94.3 FM in Maryland. Victoria also continues to work with The Coil Project, a non-profit theater company she co-founded in 2014 that focuses on the development of new works.
