Daniel Spitzer L’08

Daniel Spitzer currently serves as Managing Legal Director for Compliance & Ethics at Databricks, Inc. In a prior role at PepsiCo, Inc., Daniel served as the Chair of the North America Leadership Team for EQUAL, PepsiCo’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, and actively contributed to Law Department diversity activities. In his time at Penn Law, Daniel served as president of Lambda. Daniel currently lives in Westchester County, NY, with his husband and three children.
