Adam Heft L’97
Adam Heft is a Senior Legal Director in the Employment Law Group in the Legal Division at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he provides legal advice and counsel to a number of divisions of the firm. Adam also works closely with the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Recruiting teams.
Adam is the co-head of the New York/New Jersey chapter of Goldman’s Disability Network, one of the firm’s employee affinity networks. He also provides advice to the firm’s Inclusion and Diversity Committees and is a member of the Legal Department’s Diversity Working Group.
Since 2006, Adam has been a member of the Board of Directors of Urban Pathways, a New York City based not-for-profit social service and supportive housing organization dedicated to serving homeless adults in the New York metropolitan area. He currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee, co-chair of the Development Committee and is a member of the Human Resources Committee.
Adam earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in American Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993, where he wrote his honors thesis on the development of modern legal education at the Law School.
