Rick Mula L’15

Rick Mula is a staff attorney at the ACLU of Illinois where he works on the organization’s Police Practices and Corrections Reform Projects. Prior to joining the ACLU of Illinois, Rick clerked for the Honorable Miranda M. Du, Chief Judge of the District of Nevada. Rick also carried out an Equal Justice Works fellowship at the Southern Poverty Law Center focused on serving LGBTQ youth in Alabama and Tennessee. Rick graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was the recipient of the Dean Jefferson B. Fordham Human Rights Award. Rick graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in Japanese and World Business.
