Chelsea Edwards L’15
Chelsea is currently a Staff Attorney at Justice at Work, a civil legal aid organization that serves low-income workers throughout Pennsylvania. Much of her work is dedicated to representing immigrant workers who have experienced workplace sexual assault or labor trafficking. Chelsea has also been a visiting professor at Penn Carey Law, where she taught the first-year Legal Practice Skills course. Chelsea clerked for the Honorable Gerald A. McHugh in the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and for the Honorable Cheryl A. Krause in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She holds a JD and Graduate Certificate in Human Rights from Penn Carey Law, a BA from Emory University in Journalism and International Studies, and she previously worked in HIV prevention and case management in Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia.
