Feedback

  • If you have a genuine and specific interest in an employer that you were not assigned an interview with, we suggest that you contact the recruiting department prior to the date of the employer’s interviews on campus. State your disappointment in not being assigned an interview, and ask if they would consider reviewing your materials and potentially adding you to their schedule early in the morning or at the end of the day.
  • On the interview date, if the employer has a greeter present (typically a member of the recruiting staff), you should introduce yourself to that person and leave a copy of your resume. It is not advisable to approach individual interviewers themselves, as they often have full days of interviews scheduled and will likely not be receptive to interruption.
