Ross Miller
Ross M. Miller is the Assistant Director of the Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
Prior to his work at the Quattrone Center, Ross was a trial attorney practicing in federal and state courts as a criminal defense attorney and representing plaintiffs in civil rights cases.
In addition to his private practice, he was appointed by the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as CJA counsel representing indigent defendants. Prior to entering private practice he was an Assistant Defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, serving as a trial attorney in the Major Trials unit.
