“The crushing defeat of PM May’s Brexit deal reveals the deep divides within the British government over the future direction of the UK. Under EU rules, May must now either run the real prospect of a no-deal BREXIT in March or ask the EU for more time. Given her incredibly weak position at the moment, she may be forced to propose a second referendum or even seek a national election.”
