Be in the Know Biometric Screening
Penn’s Be in the Know wellness campaign, part of Penn Healthy You, gives you an opportunity to improve your well-being while earning extra cash. Again for the 2018 – 2019 campaign year, you can receive up to $300.*
Register now at www.hr.upenn.edu/beintheknow for your free, confidential biometric screening. All returning Be in the Know participants will be entered into a prize drawing for an iPad.
STEP 1: Get Started with Your Free Biometric Screening
Quick, convenient screenings are available at various Penn locations October 9 through November 30. Register here and take the first step to learning more about your health.
At the biometric screening, a health educator will measure key components of your overall health, including blood pressure, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), and blood sugar (glucose) levels. You also have the option to fast before your screening to learn low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and triglyceride levels.
STEP 2: Complete StayWell’s Online Health Assessment
Once you complete your biometric screening, be sure to complete the online health assessment, available as of October 8 at Penn’s wellness portal, penn.staywell.com (Your current biometric screening values are needed to complete the online health assessment.)
The biometric screening and online health assessment are the two Core Actions required to earn your first 100 points and $100.
STEP 3: Earn More with Bonus Actions
Get even more rewards by completing Bonus Actions worth up to 200 additional points for a total of $300 this year, plus a special gift opportunity as a Be in the Know VIP!
