Each of the weekly magazines focuses on tax commentary and analysis of tax law and policy, court opinions, legislative action, and revenue rulings. Note: Daily newsletter subscriptions are not included in our license. 

To access Tax Analysts’ new web platform, TaxNotes.com, you’ll need to create an account:

1. Go to https://pennlaw.idm.oclc.org/login?url=http://www.taxnotes.com and click “Sign In.” 
2. Enter your @law.upenn.edu email address. Click “Next.”
3. On the next screen, click on the blue “Register Here” link.
4. On the profile page, enter your name and @law.upenn.edu email address.
5. Choose a password.
6. Click “Save Changes.”
