New to the Archives! The Oral History of Bob White

Just added to the National Bankruptcy Archives growing digital collection, is the oral history of Bob White, recorded in March of 2014. Mr. White is recently retired from O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he founded the Restructuring and Reorganization Department. He was involved in the WorldCom, Covanta, Pacific Crossing, Adelphia, Excite/At Home, Phar-Mor, Loews Cineplex, Megafoods, Revco, Thermadyne Industries, MRT, Edwards Cinemas, Maxicare, Wickes Companies, Baldwin-United and Toni Braxton chapter 11 cases, as well as Mutual Risk Management’s Scheme of Arrangement under Bermuda law, among others.
