Now, Even More Making of Modern Law!

April 29, 2014

Some of you may have used Making of Modern Law:  Legal Treatises, 1800-1926 previously, to locate digital images of U.S. and British legal treatises.

Now, there is the Making of Modern Law:  Primary Sources, 1620-1926

This database complements the other MOML offerings and provides access to materials spanning three centuries. Included in this set are published records of the American colonies, documents published by state constitutional conventions, state codes, city charters, United States state and territorial codes, municipal codes, law dictionaries, and digests.
