WebDAM is the new Digital Asset Management system introduced at Penn Law. This cloud based tool allows for tagging and categorizing photos so they can be easily searched/browsed. WebDAM also has great features for organizing, downloading and sharing photos and integrates with Penn+Box. Prior to the rollout, ITS worked with ISC to configure PennKey single sign-on to the system. All of the existing photos and tags were exported out of the old program and imported into WebDAM. Permissions and configuration were also set up and training for publishers was held. The system will house repositories for the Penn and Law School communities, but will also be available to departments for sharing/storing photos. For more information, see our guide.
