Your Office Phone Will Convert to PennNet Phone by July 1

May 09, 2013

The University is asking us to move all of our old-style phones to the new PennNet phone by July 1.  The PennNet phone system has a variety of new features including:

    • Receiving voicemail as an email attachment
    • The ability to use a website to configure settings like call forwarding
    • A larger screen to view information such as missed calls, placed calls, etc.

For more information on all of the new features, please see the ISC Overview.

For details on managing your new PennNet phone, please visit our documentation on ITS Online.

We will be contacting you regarding the conversion to PennNet phones.  But if you have any questions or concerns, please email itshelp@law.upenn.edu.
