#149 Access Your Workstation From Home with Remote Desktop

February 07, 2013

Microsoft Remote Desktop is a great method to access your office computer from outside of the building. Once connected, you can access any drives or programs you use at the office.

Getting Started

All members of the Penn Law community must complete the campus Security & Privacy Training before gaining remote access to Law School resources.

  1. Complete Security & Privacy Training
  2. If you are a staff member, request approval from your ITS Patner.
  3. Send an email to itshelp@law.upenn.edu to let us know that you’ve finished the training.

Using Remote Desktop

Microsoft Remote Desktop works great for both Mac and PC platforms. For information on how to use Remote Desktop, please follow the links below:

Contact ITS at itshelp@law.upenn.edu if you have any questions or difficulties.
