Penn Law Immigrant Rights Project Conducts Cutting Edge Research on LGBT and HIV-based Asylum Decisions

February 05, 2013

The Penn Law Immigrant Rights Project partnered with Immigration Equality to compile a comprehensive chart of precedential and non-precedential LGBT and HIV-based asylum decisions. Students appreciated the opportunity to work with the only U.S. organization exclusively dedicated to achieving full equality for LGBT and HIV-positive immigrants.

The Penn Law Immigrant Rights Project is a TPIC pro bono project that provides pro bono immigration assistance in the greater Philadelphia area.
