First Annual Data Privacy Month Lecture: January 23, 2013

Penn’s Privacy Office is pleased to announce that Penn Law Professor Anita Allen will present the first Data Privacy Month Lecture, Privacy and Moral Philosophy:  A Duty to Protect Oneself?

 

Come hear Professor Allen’s consideration of a moral duty to protect one’s own privacy and the implications of that duty for individuals, corporations, governments, and others. Professor Allen is an expert on privacy law, bioethics, and contemporary values, and is recognized for her scholarship about legal philosophy, women’s rights, and race relations.
