#31 Calendaring Part IV: Working with Multiple Calendars

March 02, 2011

Earlier this week, we showed you how to add extra calendars to Outlook. Now learn how to quickly show and hide individual calendars with today’s tip.

All of your available calendars appear in the left-hand Navigation Pane when you click on the Calendar button in Outlook.

From here, you can:

  • Show & Hide Calendars by selecting or clearing the checkboxes in the Navigation Pane.
  • Overlay Calendars by clicking on the View in Overlay Mode Arrow on the Calendar tabs
  • Show Calendars Side-By-Side by clicking on the Side-By-Side Mode Arrow
  • Copy Appointments into your Primary Calendar by dragging and dropping an individual appointment into your calendar. Take care to place it at the same time.
