#54 Copying and Pasting Email Attachments in Outlook

Working with email attachments can be a chore. Moving them from one email to another is cumbersome if you don’t know the right tricks. Learn how to copy and paste an attachment from one email to your computer or another email quickly and easily.

To copy an attachment

  • Open an email with an attachment
  • Right-click on the attachment you wish to copy and then choose Copy

To paste an attachment

  • Into email: Right-click in the body of a new email and then choose Paste.
  • Onto your computer: Navigate to a folder on your computer and then right-click in the folder and choose Paste.
