#71 Edit Files in Your Web Browser with SharePoint 2010 & Office Web Apps

Have you ever been stuck in an airport with a dead laptop battery but needed to edit some files? Or maybe you’ve needed to use a friend’s computer to make some quick changes but found out they don’t have Microsoft When you’re out and about, you can now edit your Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files right in your browser!

Office Web Apps, the new SharePoint 2010 feature that lets you preview your documents right in your browser, lets you edit them there as well! Now you can safely and easily edit your documents without ever fully downloading them. Just click the Edit in Browser button whenever viewing a file in SharePoint.
