#91 View your Lync Conversation History in Outlook

December 09, 2011

With the many communication methods available to us, it can be hard to remember who contacted you through what method. With Lync and Outlook, you don’t have to worry about searching two different places for your past messages or conversations. Learn how to access your Lync conversation history through Microsoft Outlook.

Past conversations are automatically saved in the theConversation History folder alongside your email.

You can also search for your Lync conversations right from your Lync contact list.

  1. Right-click a contact name.
  2. Choose Find Previous Conversations.
