You can even use a SharePoint alert to create a daily or weekly digest of everything that has changed in a SharePoint library.
Alerts are a powerful feature that can be set on any item, list, library, or calendar on SharePoint.
- Click on the Library tab.
- Click Alert Me, then choose Set alert on this library.
