#101 Group Messages by Conversations in Outlook

January 12, 2012

As emails fly back and forth between people, it can be hard to keep track of messages in your inbox. Outlook 2010 has a conversation view that can group together all of the messages on an email chain and declutter your inbox.

To turn on Conversation View, follow the instructions below. The Microsoft.com link at the bottom of this email has even more information on how conversation view works.

  1. On the View tab, in the Conversations group, select or clear the Show as Conversations check box.

  2. Click All Folders or This folder.
