#111 Add Your Law Directory Photo to Lync and Outlook

March 14, 2012

You may have noticed more of your friends and colleagues pictures appearing alongside their names in both Lync and Outlook over the past couple weeks. You can now join them and have your Law Directory photo appear next to your name in your instant message windows and emails for other staff and faculty in the Law School. Don’t like your photo? You can change that as well!

  1. Visit the Law Directory External Link.
  2. Click Update My Information.
  3. Under Photo, click I wish to have my photograph viewable in Outlook/Lync
  4. Click Submit.

Your photo will not immediately be viewable in Lync or Outlook. It can take up to an hour for others to see your photo and you will not see it in Lync until you restart the next day.
