As of November 1st, 2022, all eligible staff and their managers can utilize Workday to assess current accomplishments, document past performance, and list future endeavors related to their position. Utilizing Workday for performance management not only supports staff talent development, but also illustrates Penn’s mission to demonstrate employee satisfaction between employees and their managers.
The current mid-year performance review covers the previous 6 months of 2022, May 1st 2022 – October 31st 2022. The performance review will be available in Workday November 1st and will close December 15th, giving both staff and managers six weeks to assess and complete the evaluation process. If there is a question regarding eligibility, log into Workday to see if you were notified to start the evaluation process. All eligible staff will have received this notification.
