Two features of Workday that we’ll be exploring during the next months:
First up, we’ll be launching the on-site/hybrid/remote work module. We will be providing instructions to all staff in the next couple of weeks, with a goal of uploading our schedules – approved by our managers – by the end of the month.
Second, the University is now using Workday as a performance management tool. We’ll host colleagues from HR to introduce the system and its features early in the fall semester. Should you wish to begin looking at the system now, here’s a link to the University’s tools.
