Tamara is counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where she works principally with the Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group. She advises clients in matters involving the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act, corporate governance, and securities laws.
Dana Fisher-Livne, Pro Bono Counsel and Director of Development, Foundation and Partnerships at National Health Law Program (NHELP). Based in its Washington, D.C. offices, Dana is responsible for overseeing the National Health Law Program’s pro bono partnerships—engaging, managing, and promoting the participation of law firms with National Health Law Program’s nationwide program to protect and advance the health rights for low-income and underserved individuals and communities.
