2021 Annual Distinguished Regulation Lecture: Guy-Uriel Charles
The 2021 Annual Distinguished Regulation Lecture, organized by the Penn Program on Regulation, will feature Professor Guy-Uriel Charles of Harvard Law School. His talk is titled, “Race, Political Power, and American Democracy: Rethinking Voting Rights Law and Policy for a Divided Nation.”
This event also is part of the 2021-22 Lecture Series on Race and Regulation, in addition to being part of Public Interest Week.
