Responding to “Unequivocal” Climate Change: Legal and Policy Implications of the Latest IPCC Report

The recent report issued by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) affirms that further global warming, with its attendant harms and dislocations, is now unavoidable. But the report also states that the world can still prevent global warming from becoming even worse.
