Interpreting and Applying the Court’s Copyright Jurisprudence after Star Athletica

Join the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, as well as the Center for Technology, Innovation, and Competition, Penn Intellectual Property Group, and Copyright Society of the US as they host a panel of copyright experts, including Peter Menell, Mark McKenna, Tyler Ochoa, Jeanne Fromer, and Shyamkrishna Balganesh, to discuss the current state of copyright law following Star Athletica. The panel will be moderated by David Nimmer and will run from 5:30 to 7:00pm with a reception to follow in the Goat. Discussion will revolve around the Law Review’s recently published Special Issue on Star Athletica. This program has been approved for 1.5 substantive CLE credits for Pennsylvania lawyers. CLE credit may be available in other jurisdictions as well.
