Cyber Security Awareness month

October 10, 2022

October is Cyber Security Awareness month!

Please join ITS as we feature special programming all month long to promote cybersecurity awareness as well as provide practical knowledge and tools to protect your data and identity online. Many people mistakenly believe they are not at risk for cyber-attacks, but if you use technology in any way, you are a target. Every individual staff member has a role to play in keeping Penn data secure.

  • Tue, October 25 | 10am - 11am

In honor of trick or treat month, we will be offering treats at every session. Please bring your laptop and join us!

Recognizing & Reporting Phishing

ITS will be sending weekly messages during the month of October highlighting common phishing scams that you should be aware of.

When in doubt, always check with ITS to ensure if an email is legitimate or not. If you receive spam or phishing emails, please forward them to itshelp@law.upenn.edu.
