Caroline Zelaznik Gruss and Joseph S. Gruss, PAR’64 Fund
Established in 1988, this endowed fund is to be used to support the purchase of library materials relating to the topic of Talmudic law.
History
In 1987 Mr. Gruss, by a bequest from his wife Caroline’s estate, established the Caroline Zelaznik Gruss and Joseph S. Gruss Chair in Talmudic Civil Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and to establish a special Talmudic Law collection in the Biddle Law Library.
