If you’re an existing subscriber, you may manage your subscriptions using our Journal Subscriptions Management Portal.

Make changes to your delivery address or subscription quantities via the Journal Subscriptions Management Portal. Changes will take effect after about one month. 

If you would like to cancel your subscription, please email journalsubscriptions@law.upenn.edu. Your subscription(s) may only be discontinued at the expiration of the annual subscription period; otherwise, they will automatically renew annually. Refunds will not be issued for any subscription orders.

Claims for missed issues will only be honored if requested within six months of publication.

1. Visit the registration portal and click the “Annual Subscription” button on either the U.S Subscribers or Non-U.S Subscribers plan.
2. Select the journals you’d like to subscribe to.
3. Follow the prompts to enter in your contact information, billing and shipping addresses, and payment information.
4. After successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your payment as well as an email with a link to setup your login for the subscription management portal. NOTE: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR THESE EMAILS IF YOU DO NOT IMMEDIATELY RECEIVE THEM. The emails will be from Penn Carey Law Journal Subscriptions (journalsubscriptions@law.upenn.edu).
5. Please be sure to follow the link in the email to setup your login for the subscription management portal so you can manage your subscription in the future.
6. Note that your subscriptions will be set to renew automatically each year unless action is taken to cancel them within the portal. You will be emailed a renewal reminder 30 days prior. If you do nothing, your credit card will automatically be charged for another subscription year at the renewal rate then in effect.

1. Log in to the subscriptions management portal.
2. In the “Summary” section of the portal, click on the “Manage” link and you will see the credit card(s) you are using for payment. Here, you may: edit your card information, remove a card you have listed, and add another card.

2. In the drop-down menu in the upper righthand corner next to your username, select “Profile” and then “Edit” to update your contact information.
3. Under “Address,” click on “Edit” to change your shipping and/or billing address.

Please note that making any changes to your shipping address requires at least one month to update.

You can add journals to your subscription until January 1st.

1. Log in to the subscriptions management portal.
2. Click on the “Subscriptions” links and select your plan.
3. Select “Recurring/Pending” (NOTE: the number will always be six because that is how many journals are offered as part of the plan). You will then see which journals you are subscribed to and the quantity you are set to receive when each issue is released.
4. If you wish to add a journal, check the box under “Included” next to the journal you’d like and click “Apply” in the bottom right-hand corner.
5. You will then be able to review the charges, and if they are accurate select “Done” in the bottom right-hand corner.
6. You will receive an email confirming your payment.

Please note that making any changes to your subscription quantities requires at least one month’s notice.

1. Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password.”
2. You will be asked to enter your username and an email will be sent to the email address associated with that username. If you do not know either your username or your password please email journalsubscriptions@law.upenn.edu.
