ITS Hardware Loaners For Faculty and Staff
Traveling in the near future? Need a way to work on the go? ITS has laptops, iPads, Surface Pro tablets, and Verizon WiFi hotspots available to borrow.
Requesting Hardware
You can request loaner hardware by filling out our online request form. Once submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of the requested hardware. ITS will have the equipment ready for you by 4pm on the day before the requested date and will deliver to you.
Important Details:
- Please make your request as soon as possible. Devices may not be always be available — with holidays and summer time being especially busy periods.
- Requests are normally responded to within two business days. Time sensitive requests should be followed with a phone call to ITS Help at 215-898-9140.
- Please be sure to save your work on OneDrive, SharePoint, Penn+Box, etc. Devices are wiped upon return.
- When a staff member submits the request form, a notification message is sent to the department’s ITS Partner. This notification allows ITS Partners to track any loan requests.
