Below are the menus for the Law CIO conference. 

Sunday Dinner (served family style): Pod Restaurant

  • Country smoked bacon

  • Coffee and hot tea.  Fruit juices and water.

 

   

Monday Lunch: Sandwiches and Salads

Assorted sandwiches:
  • Dijon Tarragon Chicken Salad on Croissant with Lettuce
  • Smoked Salmon Salad on Croissant with Lettuce
  • Smoked Turkey & Swiss on Rye w/ Apricot Mustard & Lettuce
  • Roast Beef on Kaiser w/ Horseradish Cream, Red Onion & Lettuce
  • Ham & Cheddar on Multi-grain w/ Basil Mayonnaise & Lettuce
  • Niçoise Tuna Salad on a Kaiser w/ Spinach
  • Guacamole, Cheddar, Alfalfa Sprouts, Tomato and Cucumber on Multi-grain Bread
